Refund Policy
- Our online English course is eligible for a refund, cancellation (with written notice), or transfer from one student to another.
- The one-time deposit collected at the beginning of a student's enrolment shall be refunded upon completion of a level.
- In the event a student does not complete a semester or has to withdraw halfway through the course, we may approve a refund request provided the Student notifies the school of their desire to withdraw in writing at least a month before. It is to be sent via email (verbal requests are not accepted) to the following address: hello@sparrowsenglish.com.
- All transfer requests shall be made at least a month before. The Student will have to purchase the Student Book or E-book again. We will only allow transfers if the Student has not been able to follow the lessons as expected or benefit from the learning objectives set.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
